I've had trouble doing so, since the options for change are grayed out (had to do it via gpedit) but I also think that this is the wrong approach since the matter hasn't anything to do with the internet. When I search for a solution on the net I'm often recommended to change the settings in my Internet Explorer. If I try to move a file from one location in the computer to another with drag and drop I instantly get the 'These files may be harmful to your computer-warning' - see added image. But it is not possible to do anything with the file which would include drag and drop. I can move, edit and delete a file if I use cut and paste. It is something which happens very locally when, for example, I try to move a file from my desktop into a folder. First of all, this is not an internet issue.
